The LCSST is a compact stainless steel S-Type load cell. A fully welded stainless steel load cell offering a quality rugged sealing to IP67. Ideal for use in harsh environments, its high protection is complimented by an accuracy of 0.020% combined error and an output of 2mV/V.

Supplied in 6 capacities 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg, 5000kg, and 7500kg.

FEATURES

(100kg~1t Aluminum) Lower cost general S-Type.

A superb low cost weighing solution, yet surprisingly accurate with good long life features.

The AST is an S-Type tension load cell with MB threads on the 100kg and 250kg, and M12 threads on the 500kg and 1t models.

This is one of the most cost effective S-Type tension cells available.

Robustly constructed in design with carefully selected high strength aircraft aluminium, it is an ideal selection for most industrial weighing applications.

Used extensively in the agricultural industry it has proved to be a rugged long life load cell. Marine grade anodised the AST has an excellent protection rating of IP67 and is backed by a three-year warranty.

Many of the metric accessories throughout our accessory range can be used with this model load cell.

FEATURES

Ideal for spare parts or matching an existing ST weighing system. If you do not need to match an older system please check the PT4000 as this model is our latest 3 mV/V tension cell.

The ST tension load cell is an older style heavy duty 2-mV/V output cell, electoless nickel-plated tool steel for high accuracy and rugged use. Compatible with many international standard fixings (UNF threads) and a large capacity spread (50kg - 20,000kg) to suit most applications. Supplied with quality 4-core cable up to 1000kg and 6 core for 2500kg and above.

* Please check availability on this series as it is a run out series, however the model ST 20,000kg capacity is an ongoing production load cell and is not part of the series run out.

The PT4000 S-Type tension load cell is available in both metric and imperial capacities.

It has the largest capacity range of any of our load cells: 50lb to 20klb (UNF thread) in imperial and 20kg to 5t (Metric thread) in metric.

All capacities feature a 3mV/V output built into a rugged alloy tool steel design with low sensitivity to axial loads.

Ideal for mechanical scale conversions, material testing, bi-directional, level and inventory monitoring and a host of other applications.

Sealed to IP67 and accepting standard US/EEC fittings, the PT4000 comes with a full range of mounting accessories.
